By David C Hyer—Imagine a play in which the major prop is a silver casket, into which we never get to see, and that the central character of the play is a second-rate state politician, who we also never get to see, and who may or may not be in the casket and who, for that matter, may or may not be dead. An albatross to his party while alive, Ed dead is suddenly a hot political property and his cronies, an ex-wife, and a current fiancé who just happens to be a stripper, are all circling Dead Ed’s newfound celebrity like half-starved ticks after a golden retriever.
AUDITIONS were December 10th & 11th, 2007. Parts were available for 5 men and 3 women.
